Q: What is your return policy? A: We do not accept returns.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: No. We only ship within Australia.
Q: What if my shell is broken on arrival? A: Please message us through the contact form for a replacement. Please have a photo of the damaged goods ready so it can be replaced with the correct shell.
Q: What jewellery do you use? A: Our earrings are made from either Stainless Steel or are nickel free. Our necklaces are made from Stainless Steel.
Q: Why do you use Stainless Steel for your jewellery and not Sterling Silver? A: Stainless steel has more longevity and can be worn in all life situations. One of Salt and Silver's main objectives is to enable people to wear our jewellery wherever and whenever without risking damaging or tarnishing the jewellery.
