- Q: What is your return policy? A: We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes. But only to New Zealand.
- Q: What if my shell is broken on arrival? A: Please message us through the contact form for a replacement. Please have a photo of the damaged goods ready so it can be replaced with the correct shell.
- Q: What jewellery do you use? A: For both our earrings and necklaces, we use Stainless Steel.
- Q: Why do you use Stainless Steel for your jewellery and not Sterling Silver? A: Stainless steel has more longevity and can be worn in all life situations. Stainless steel is also water resistant and non tarnish. One of Salt and Silver's main objectives is to enable people to wear our jewellery wherever and whenever without risking damaging or tarnishing the jewellery.
